Polished Resume was created when I realized something surprising:
Even highly accomplished professionals — including senior leaders — often feel underprepared for the career decisions that matter most.

Through years of coaching and development work, I saw the same challenges come up again and again:

Every article on Polished Resume began as a real conversation with a professional trying to solve these kinds of problems — and turned into practical advice they could use immediately. The experts at Polished Resume are industry experts and leaders. Our experience and expertise is derived from a variety of industries and business sectors including technology, military, energy, legal, and education. We have come together to explore the key essence of leadership and to help others to grow beyond their boundaries.
